Crochet Reversible Shawl

It is so exciting to finally have the crochet reversible shawl ready for you all to make! This one is so dear to me. I am thrilled when it came out as planned, you know this is so important! When a sketch goes as dreamt, you just follow the flow.

This is one of my favorite shawls. Many years ago, I wouldn’t believe this as I wasn’t a shawl person. Then I decided to make my shawls as practical as possible. As you might have known, I hate monotonous when it comes to my style. This shawl is exactly the definition of multiple uses, multiple styles and different sides.

2 in 1 reversible shawl. Different sides, different colors, different textures! You can either make yours into a rectangular shawl, star-shape, or Vest!!!

Don’t get it mixed up, this shawl isn’t complicated! In fact, it is easy to master. It uses the conventional crochet technique – double crochet, chain 1, that’s all.

If you can follow a written pattern or you prefer a video, then you are covered. I have made a video showing how to stat the reversible crochet shawl.

The pattern uses 2 different colors, which gives it the different sides and colors.

You can decide to make this shawl into a rectangular shawl or a star-shaped capelet. If you decide to go the star-shaped shawl way, then you can also make yours into a vest by creating armhole openings.

Name Inspiration for this crochet reversible shawl pattern.

Since I got the inspiration for the reversible crochet stitch, I fell in love with it and have designed so many patterns using this technique. Looking at how classy and elegant items made using the reversible stitch look like, I decided to name all the patterns – CHIC REVERSIBLE. So, that makes this crochet reversible shawl the Chic reversible Shawl.

4 Skeins in each color

Gauge

Gauge isn’t important as you can measure each Triangle and adjust appropriately by increasing or reducing your repeats. Required measurement provided in the pattern.
