Since the weather is warm these days, a sleeveless crochet tee is of utmost importance! I love that you could style this summer tee-up by pairing it with either a crochet shawl or a jacket! So, this makes this tee versatile crochet wear.

Gauge

17 sts over 12 rows = 4”/10 cm Square made in hdc, before blocking.

Adjust hook size if necessary, to obtain gauge.

Edging

  • Crocheting around the whole panel (armpit to the sides to the
    beginning/foundation chain and back the other side, armpit, across the shoulder and the neckline).
  • Ch 1, sc in each st, aim for 2 sc in each ch
  • 2/dc, and 3 sc at each corner.

Fasten off.

Finishing

  • Block each panel to measurement.

Shoulder seams


Place both panels on each other, with either darning needle or your
hook: sew/join the shoulder stitches together using mattress stitch or sc.
• Side Seams
With both panels placed over each other, with either darning needle or hook, sew/join the sides together using mattress stitch or sc.
• Armpit openings

Crocheting around the armpit opening.

On the right armhole – Join yarn with a sl st to the
beginning of shape for armpit.
