Crochet Heart Keychain Finished Measurement

The finished heart keychain measures about 1.5 by 2” when made using a DK weight yarn! If you want a much bigger keychain, use a needle that is bigger in size or a thicker yarn.

How to crochet a heart-shaped keychain

Section 1: Heart

Make 2

Round 1: In a MR, ch 3 (counts as first dc, here and throughout), 2 dc, (ch 3, 3 dc), rep () 2 more times, ch 3, join with a sl st to the beginning Ch. 12 dc, 4 corners

Round 2: Ch 3, 7 dc in next st, sc in next ch 3 sp, skip next st, 8 dc in next st, sc in next ch 3 sp, sc in next 3 sts, (sc, dc, sc) in next ch 3 sp, sc in next 3 sts, sc in last ch 3 sp, join with a sl st to the first ch from the beginning ch 3. 17 dc, 11 sc

Fasten off 

Place the two pcs on each other with the right side facing

Round 1: sc over both hearts
