3. Chains at the beginning of Rounds do not count as a stitch.

How to make the 30-minutes Crochet Baubles Pattern

Round 1: In a magic ring, ch 1, 12 sc in the magic ring, join – 12 sc

Round 2: Ch 1, 2 sc in each st, join – 24 sc

Round 3: *Ch 40, skip next 2 sts, sc in next 3 sts, rep from * to the end, join with a sl st to the first ch sp from the beginning. 5 ch sps / 15 sc

Fasten off.

Join yarn with a sl st to any of the ch sps; this will be at about the 18th ch.

Round 4: Ch 1, *3 sc in each top of the chains, pick up the next chain, rep from * to the end. 15 sc

• Do not join 
• Adjust the chains to ensure the stitches are equally spaced around the chains. 
• Place the bauble in the chains
• Join with a sl st to the beginning chain sp. 

Adjustments

1. If there are still spaces to cover up around the Bauble, continue the last 2 rounds.
2. For a smaller size bauble, adjust the number of chains made above. 

Round 5:  Ch 1, sc in each st around, join.15 sc

Round 6:  Ch 1, sc2tog around, sc in last st, join. 8 sc
